This program inspires you to take responsibility for your own happiness as well as challenge you to xamine your life deeply, and express yourself openly. Expect to move into new territory: new ways of caring for yourself, new life prioriies, new ways of relating to yourself and to the world around you. As each of you respond to this invitation to heal yourself, we heal the world, one person at a time.
 

What is the program about?

The curriculum is based on the principle that you are the primary healer of your life. At the end of the program, you will:

  • Learn essential life-skills for taking care of yourself
  • Develop habits that enrich your ability to handle the ups and downs of daily life
  • Cultivate practices that tap into your own inner resources
  • Identify and eliminate factors in your life that makes you sick and miserable
  • Learn new appraches to living life more fully
  • Expand ways of looking at yourself
  • Leave with a collection of practical collection of tools for turning crises into opportunities and problems into gifts

The process of balancing your life is never-ending. New issues and challenges present themselves on a daily basis. You will continue to draw upon the skills learned during this program throughout your life.

The programe is comprised of 7 workshop. Each will be devoted to learning and nurturing an essential aspect of yourself and your life.

Who can benefit from this program?

The skills in this programme can be utilized by anyone who wants a higher quality of life and who wants to take an active part in their own deep transformation and healing.

This ystem of healing has been used successfully in dealing with a full range of human issues: physical illness, relationship conflicts, divorce, death of a loved one, career crisis, creative blocks and failure.

 
The Taking Care of Yourself Series is held on an ad hoc basis, usually over a weekend including Friday night. If you are interested please send us an email and we will send you details whenever a class is held.
