Appetizing Green Bean Sprouts

Bean sprout – 200gm
Carrot – 60gm
Green capsicum – 60gm
Shredded ginger – 1 tablespoon
Seaweed (China type) – a little

Balsamic vinegar – suitable amount
Liquid Amino/Shoyu – suitable amount
Sesame oil – suitable amount


  1. Clean bean sprout (take off the roots). Carrot and green capsicum cut into slices.
  2. Put sauce into a glass bowl and add ingredients (1) and shredded ginger and mixed thoroughly and add in the seaweed. Ready to serve.
