Apple Sauce

Apple  350gm
Water 75cc
Miso 30gm
Molasses  40gm
1 Lemon (skinned and juiced)
Olive oil
A tiny pinch of Cinnamon powder.

1) Blend all except the cinnamon powder into a pulpy.
2) Sprinkle a pinch of Cinnamon powder on top, for additional fragrance.

Lemon serves a vital role to prevent the apple from oxygenation. It preserves the original color of the apple.
