Ingredients:
¼ bowl – Green peas
¼ bowl – Mushroom, diced
¼ bowl – Red pepper (Capsicum)
½ bowl – Cashew nut, roasted till fragrant
4 bowls – Brown rice
2 tablespoon – Coconut oil
Spices:
¼ bowl – stock or water
¼ teaspoon – sea salt
¼ teaspoon – brown sugar
1 teaspoon – soy sauce
a dash of pepper
Note: Put all the spices in a bowl and mixed them well.
Method:
- Heat frying pan and add in 1 tablespoon coconut oil. Fry ingredient A till fragrant, dish up and put it aside for later use.
- Clean the frying pan and put in the remaining coconut oil and fry the brown rice. Gradually add in the mixed spices and stir fry till they are fragrant.
- Add ingredient A and fry it well. Add the cashew nut, mix well and ready to serve.
